Thinking outside the box. With a professional know how and practical experience in various areas of business and private life, as well as an ear for your needs. That’s what drives me. After my legal training at the University of Münster and a subsequent legal clerkship in Münster, Westphalia and Milan, Italy in 1999, I initially worked in Düsseldorf at PriceWaterhouseCoopers and Mazars Hemmelrath. In this responsible position, I gained practical experience in auditing (inbound) and in tax consulting (national and international). Since 2009, I have been working as a lawyer and tax advisor in my home region of East Westphalia, but always beyond local borders.
My interest in different disciplines of (commercial) law prompted me to take part in the “Certified Corporate Successor Advisor” course in autumn 2015 (held by zentUma e.V.), at the “Zentrum für Unternehmensnachfolge an der Universität Mannheim e.V.“, which I successfully completed. I refresh the acquired knowledge through regular advanced training, and keep it up to date
